Refund & Return Policy

At Shehad Valley, we take great pride in the quality of our honey. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of our products (food items), we only accept returns or provide replacements under the following conditions:

  • Damaged During Transit: If your honey jar arrives broken or leaking.

  • Incorrect Item: If you received a different type of honey than what you ordered.

  • Quality Concerns: If there is a verified issue with the product quality.

Eligibility for Refund/Replacement

  • You must notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused and in its original packaging).

  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Photographic Evidence: For damaged goods, please provide a clear photo of the damaged package and the product.

The Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your claim, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, we will either send a replacement jar at no extra cost or initiate a refund to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are typically processed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been opened or consumed (unless there is a quality issue).

  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
