At Shehad Valley, we take great care in ensuring that our pure, natural honey reaches you in perfect condition. Since our products are often packed in glass jars, we use specialized eco-friendly packaging to prevent breakage.

Delivery Timelines

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• Standard Delivery: Typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

• Express Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery (1–2 business days).

Shipping Rates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above but sometime we charge.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your honey's journey from our valley to your home.

Damages

If you receive your order damaged (e.g., a broken jar), please take a photo of the packaging and the product immediately and contact our support team at shehadvalley@gmail.com. We will send a replacement right away.
