We want to ensure that every jar of honey from Shehad Valley reaches you in perfect condition. Please review our guidelines regarding product returns.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of honey as a food product, we can only accept returns under the following specific circumstances:

Damaged Packaging: The jar or seal was broken upon arrival.

Incorrect Product: You received a different honey variety than what you ordered.

Quality Discrepancy: There is a verified issue with the product's condition.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these criteria:

The return must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

The item must be unopened and the original safety seal must be intact.

The product must be in its original packaging.
How to Process a Return

Notification: Contact our support team via Email atΒ shehadvalley@gmail.com within 48 hours.

Verification: Please provide your Order Number and clear Photos of the product (and the damage, if applicable).

Approval: Once our team verifies the request, we will provide you with a return authorization and the warehouse address for the return.

Pickup/Drop-off: We will coordinate with our courier partner to collect the item from you, or provide instructions for a drop-off.
Return Shipping Fees

Our Error: If the return is due to damage or a wrong item sent by us, Shehad Valley will cover all shipping costs.

Customer Preference: In cases of valid returns not related to damage, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping fee.
Exchanges
If your item is eligible for return, you may choose to exchange it for the same item or a different variety of equal value. We will dispatch the replacement as soon as the return is processed.
